1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Augnix AI platform, website, APIs, or any related services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our Services.
These Terms apply to all users globally, including users in India, the European Union, United Kingdom, United States, and other jurisdictions. Additional jurisdiction-specific terms may apply.
2. Services Description
Augnix Intelligence Private Limited provides an enterprise AI automation platform that enables businesses to deploy AI agents for workflow automation, data analysis, customer experience management, risk monitoring, and related operational functions.
Our Services include:
• Augnix Core — AI agent orchestration engine
• Augnix Pulse — Omnichannel AI communication layer
• Augnix OS — Business operating system
• Augnix Revenue — GTM and billing automation
• Augnix AI Studio — Model training and fine-tuning
• Augnix Exchange — AI agent marketplace
• APIs and developer tools
• Professional services and implementation support
3. Data Processing & Privacy
We process personal and business data in accordance with:
• India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDP) 2023
• EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)
• UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018
• California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA)
• Other applicable data protection laws
Data is processed in-region wherever required by law. We maintain Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) for enterprise customers. Please review our Privacy Policy for full details of our data practices.
4. Taxes, VAT & GST
Pricing and invoicing are subject to applicable taxes:
India: All prices are subject to GST as applicable under the Goods and Services Tax Act. Augnix AI is a GST-registered entity. Our GSTIN is available on all invoices.
European Union: Prices may be subject to VAT at the applicable rate in your member state. B2B customers with a valid VAT number may be eligible for reverse charge mechanism.
United Kingdom: Prices are subject to UK VAT at 20% unless the reverse charge applies for business customers.
United States: Sales tax may apply depending on your state and nexus rules.
UAE: Prices are subject to UAE VAT at 5%.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate tax identification information. Tax invoices will be issued in compliance with local requirements.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, software, algorithms, models, and technology comprising the Augnix AI platform are the exclusive property of Augnix Intelligence Private Limited and its licensors, protected by Indian and international intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Services or included software. You may not reverse engineer or attempt to extract our source code or AI models.
Your data remains your property. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely to deliver the Services as described.
6. Service Level Agreement (SLA)
Augnix AI commits to:
• 99.9% platform uptime (excluding scheduled maintenance)
• 12ms average API response time
• 24-hour support response for enterprise customers
• 4-hour critical incident response
Uptime is measured monthly. Credits will be applied for downtime exceeding SLA thresholds as detailed in your enterprise agreement.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Augnix Intelligence Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
Our total liability for any claims under these Terms shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.
8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gurgaon, Haryana, India.
For EU customers, nothing in these Terms affects your rights under EU consumer protection laws. For UK customers, these Terms comply with UK consumer and business protection legislation.
International disputes shall first be attempted through good-faith negotiation, followed by arbitration under the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996.
9. Security
We implement enterprise-grade security measures including:

• AES-256 encryption at rest and in transit

• Regular penetration testing
